Through Kate Acton Counseling, I treat a variety of mental health concerns, with a special focus on neurodivergence (suspected or confirmed autism, ADHD, etc.), identify formation, processing difficult family relationships or childhood experiences, developing emotional insight and self-awareness, nervous system-regulation, and more.

Holding New Therapy
Holding New Therapy is an entirely virtual-based therapy group focusing on concerns that arise during the reproductive years
(trying to conceive, fertility issues, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, postpartum, early parenting years, etc.).
Through Holding New Therapy, I provide individual virtual-based therapy services, specializing in mental health concerns like prenatal and postpartum anxiety, depression, etc., identity formation, processing difficult family relationships, the neurodivergent mom, developing emotional insight, self-awareness, and skills, and more.
I have a special passion for the mom who wants to be the best version of herself that she can be… for her kids and herself.
